Tandem is a couples fertility tracking app developed by Ewald, a software engineering student at Polytechnique Montréal. You can reach us at ewald@tandemparent.com.
When you join our waitlist, we collect: your email address, and optionally how you found us (source tracking). We do not collect payment information, health data, or any sensitive personal information at this stage.
We use your email address solely to: send you updates about Tandem's launch, notify you of early access opportunities, and send relevant educational content about fertility tracking. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Our waitlist page does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use basic analytics to understand how users find our page (e.g., referral source), but this does not identify you personally.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request deletion of your data at any time, unsubscribe from communications at any time using the link in any email we send, and request correction of inaccurate data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ewald@tandemparent.com.
We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If the app launch is cancelled, we will delete all waitlist data within 90 days.
Our service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted their information, contact us immediately.
We use Supabase for data storage. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the waitlist constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and complies with applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).
